Questions on my orders

Is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email, which includes an order reference number. If we are unable to process your order, we will contact you on the contact number you have provided us.

If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to advise you on the expected waiting time. You can also choose to substitute your order with another item of similar value or you can also top up the difference if the alternative item is of a higher value. 

We strive to ensure that you receive the freshest edible products as much as possible.  All our edible products have a minimum of 6 months shelf-life unless otherwise stated.

Questions on delivery

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for all orders S$60 and above. If your order falls below S$60, there will be a delivery charge of S$5. This fee will be added to your order at time of checkout

We deliver within 3-5 working days upon order confirmation. If any of the items are not unavailable after order confirmation and payment, we will contact you and advise you on the estimated waiting time or work on an alternative option.

Customers will receive notification from us via a confirmation email when order is placed and when your order to ready to be shipped.

Please try to be available at the specified delivery date and time or have someone at home to receive it.  If no one is present to receive the delivery, we will contact you to request for further instructions on how to proceed.  Otherwise, if you prefer that we leave the products at your front door, please let us know in advance, but kindly note we will not be responsible for any lost items in this case.

We do not offer international shipping currently.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate walk-in or self-collection of orders currently.
